Working with clients across the globe, Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Antur Teifi as the IIP accreditation is the sign of a great employer, and an organisation committed to achieving success by realising the potential of their people. Antur Teifi  should be extremely proud of their achievement.”

Commenting on the award, Bronwen Raine, Managing Director of Antur Teifi, said: “This award is a reflection of the contribution and dedication of our teams across Wales.  Our accreditation lasts for the next three years, however, we will continue to strive to make improvements in people management throughout the organisation in order to continue to provide a first class service for our clients.”

CCP NETWORKING GROUP

The second CCP Networking meeting was held in the Emlyn Hotel, on Wednesday the 5th of December.  With a great turn out of businesses once again, delegates were treated to tea, coffee and bacon rolls whilst having the opportunity to chat and hear more about each other’s businesses.

CPP NetworkingA five minute presentation was given by John Evans of Workways+.  He gave a very interesting insight into the work of the organisation which offers training and paid work experience opportunities to long-term unemployed people to help get their lives back on track.  Hearing some of the success stories was truly inspirational, not only from the perspective of  the unemployed who had secured work but also from that of the employers in giving individuals these life-changing opportunities.

The Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire (CCP) Business Network  was set up by Dave and Claire Thomas of Thomas Safety Services Ltd as a non-profit group, and meetings are held on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of each month. (Except January 2019, which will be Wednesday 9th January 2019.) The entry fee is £5 per person which covers the cost of the refreshments,
