CONFERENCE FACILITIES
We have conference facilities at our offices in Newcastle Emlyn & Cardigan.
If you are organising a larger event our conference room in Newcastle Emlyn can accommodate up to 60 delegates theatre style. Newcastle Emlyn is also an ideal venue for training seminars for both large and small groups, we can set up the room in a number of styles to accomodate your requirements. We also have free on-site parking for your delegates and can provide a light buffet lunch at an additional cost.
Our Cardigan office has a smaller conference room which can seat 10 - 12 delegates boardroom style. This meeting venue is situated in the centre of Cardigan, ideal for training small groups and business meetings. The conference room has an overhead digital projector, TV and video and DVD player.
Our conference room in Aberarad is available at a rate of £80 per day and £45 for a morning or afternoon session and our conference room in Cardigan is available for £66 per day and £33 for a morning or afternoon session (prices exclude VAT). Discounts are available for block bookings, please contact us with your requirements.
We can provide catering and additional services/facilities for both our conference and meeting rooms at an extra cost to the above rates. Tea/Coffee & biscuits are available at £1 per delegate.
