We offer affordable, flexible office space to rent within managed properties providing ready to go pre-wired and pre-installed desk space or workstations. 24/7 access is available to all offices. Our offices are available on a six monthly license, rent is payable monthly in advance with no deposit. Rental prices are inclusive of all utilities except phone and internet, however we can provide business grade broadband from £150 per week.

Aberarad,Newcastle Emlyn

We have three offices available to let at the Antur Teifi Business Park in Aberarad. These modern, spacious offices are fully furnished with FREE on-site parking. Monthly rent is from £80 - £100 per week dependant on office size, this is inclusive of *utility bills and cleaning. The offices have shared access to a reception/waiting area for clients in addition to a well equipped kitchen.

Cardigan Town Centre

We have a large ground floor office space to let at our business offices in Cardigan town centre. The office has an excellent high street position and is available fully furnished for £150 per week.

The office has access to it's own small kitchen area and the rent is inclusive of *utility bills.

Conference Facilities/Meeting rooms

Both Cardigan and Aberarad have access to excellent conference room facilities which are available on a normal booking basis so you can host the perfect professional meeting/seminar.
