We offer affordable, flexible office space to rent within managed properties providing ready to go pre-wired and pre-installed desk space or workstations. 24/7 access is available to all offices. Our offices are available on a six monthly license, rent is payable monthly in advance with no deposit. Rental prices are inclusive of all utilities except phone and internet, however we can provide a secure business grade broadband connection from £15 per week.
We have two offices available to let at the Antur Teifi Business Park in Aberarad. These modern, spacious offices are fully furnished with FREE on-site parking. Monthly rent is from £80 - £100 per week dependant on office size, this is inclusive of *utility bills and cleaning. The offices have shared access to a reception/waiting area for clients in addition to a well equipped kitchen.
