From the outset Antur Teifi has been involved in community development. We have worked throughout the counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion empowering individuals, communities, social enterprises and businesses enabling them to reach their full potential.
We can assist community groups and social enterprises in the following ways:
- Provide a point of reference for groups considering establishing a social enterprise or co-operative business
- Ensure that a full range of advice and support is available to them
- Help them to assess the business viability of their idea
- Identify the sources of support needed to achieve their objectives
- Increase their skills through networking events, training sessions and workshops
- Develop awareness of their own local history
We have many years expertise in assisting local communities and where possible we will provide the information you require or signpost you to the relevant organisations.

Heritage Lottery Fund
The Heritage Lottery fund has a range of grants dependant on the size and nature of your project.
We are able to offer assistance to community groups through the Heritage Lottery grant which also provides funds for mentoring support which is available should you need extra guidance with your project. To access this assistance you will need to state in you pre-application enquiry form and in your final application form a requirement for a mentors' support in developing aspects of your project with an estimated number of days assistance required.
