Trac's main aim is to help people with their personal development. We work with people to improve their skills and help them to win a new job.
We provide support for:
- Individuals looking to improve their chances of getting that job
- Employers seeking to recruit quality staff with the right skills
- Business & staff having to go through the difficult process of redundancy
The majority of our work is funded via contracts that we deliver on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and other governmental bodies.
We also provide bespoke advice and support to companies on issues pertinent to recruitment and redundancy, some of which is fee based or for free and funded via DWP (eligibility criteria applies).
