We have three Resource Centres based in Llanelli, Carmarthen and Ammanford where our advisers are on hand to help you improve your chances of getting a job. Trac have supported over 7,000 people back into work.

Trac working in partnership with Capital Training & Groundworks to deliver welfare to work programmes throughout Mid & West Wales on behalf of DWP and Jobcentre Plus.
