Which ever one of these applies to you, trying for a new job can be worrying and stressful, at Trac we specialise in helping you to improve your chances of winning that job by supporting you with your CV, distributing it to potential employers and helping you too improve your skills ready for that interview.

Are you facing redundancy or recently been made redundant - there is funding available from the Welsh Assembly Government to help you get the skills you need to get back into the workplace.

ReAct is a redundancy action scheme funded by the Welsh Assembly Goverment, should you qualify for funding you can access a range of support to help you gain new skills, update your CV and improve your chances of returning to work following redundancy. The ReAct fund can contribute up to £2,500 towards the cost of vocational training courses.

Are you unemployed?

At our three centres based in Llanelli, Carmarthen and Ammanford we have the expertise to help you prepare your CV and training to improve your chances of getting that job. The centres have supported 7,000 people back into work and you may qualify for free support to help you get and keep that job.

Are you in work but looking to change direction?

We can help you to achieve new skills that will help strengthen your CV to find new and better work. Our training covers issues such as H&S Training, Food Hygiene, Customer Care and more in depth development through Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills and IT Training (in association with Telemat).
