REDUNDANCY SUPPORT

Are you worried about the threat of redundancy and how you will cope if you lose your job?

If you are under threat or notice of redundancy, but still employed, we offer a Rapid Response Service where we can visit you at your place of work and together with other agencies, support you and your employer with advice and guidance on how to deal with this difficult situation.

We can also offer practical training modules and rebuild your self esteem to help you cope with the emotional roller coaster ride of redundancy and get you back into work.

If you have recently been made redundant you could be eligible for funding to help you re-train for a new career.

ReAct is a redundancy action scheme funded by the Welsh Assembly Goverment, should you qualify for funding you can access a range of support to help you gain new skills, update your CV and improve your chances of returning to work following redundancy.

The ReAct fund can contribute up to £2,500 towards the cost of vocational training courses.

Thank you for all your help to build my confidence. Full time employment in an environment I love. Can't believe my luck.
Best wishes to you all.
